Companies will also be expected to encourage employees to be observant of day to day activities within the workplace so that they may pinpoint any perceivable failings within the system. The main goal of employers will be to keep the company technologically competitive by ensuring only the most sophisticated technologies are used and that there are competent employees available to utilize these devices.
